On a small lot in Paso Robles’ CA Central Coast, we meticulously grow our fruit and handcraft this classic Cabernet, blending very small amounts of our Merlot and Cabernet Franc for a fine Meritage blend. Being Paso Robles’ furthest east vineyard, our extreme daily temperature swings, of 60º – 112º, attribute to our unique character; bold with rich berry flavors and hints of tobacco, caramel and chocolate. Multiple years of aging in oak barrels also lend hints of anise and leather. Pairs well with beef, poultry, & garlic seasoned dishes.

This is a Big Cab that you can drink now or laydown in your wine cellar for years to come. We suggest you let it breath for 60 – 90 minutes (decanting) before serving in order to enjoy the many nuances of this fine wine. Alcohol 14.5% by Volume.
